Jeff Moxley accepts a $4,000 check from Life Source Blood Services. The check is a result of the 437 pints drawn at Blood Drives held at ACHS this past year. This total put ACHS in second place of state high schools.
Any senior who gives blood at this year's fall or spring blood drive will be eligible for a drawing to win one of eight-$500 scholarships. Call Mr. Moxley at 847-838-7633 for an appointment.

The gym will be all pink as ACHS and LCHS volleyball teams square up for the second annual "Volleyball for the Cure". The game will be played at Lakes High School on Friday, Oct. 17. This event will raise money for breast cancer research. This quilt, made
by Deb Rummel and Phyllis Fay, is one item that will be raffled off at
half time of the match.
