Because we want some variety in the statements and not just a listing of activities, we are also asking you to give us a choice of one of the following: a favorite quote, a one-sentence description of you, a motto that you live by, a one-sentence description of a role model in your life, an event or person that has shaped your life, a statement about your goal in life, or some other pithy statement that captures the essence of you.
