Members
of the National Honor Society must demonstrate
that they possess NHS standards for selection.
The procedure for selection into ACHS NHS follows the steps described
at this link, and candidates are given a checklist
to help them to meet the established deadlines. Candidates must complete
a Student Activity Information
Form to be considered. A hard copy of this form is given to them at
the candidate meetings held during the lunch hours. Candidates can access
a template of the form at the link above. Once candidates are selected
into ACHS NHS as members, they must continue to demonstrate that they
posses the standards. Each candidate must agree to the ACHS
Maintenance of Standards Policy and follow the ACHS
NHS Bylaws.
