Information for 2011-2012

2011-2012 school year. Forms and payments are due by July 15. For questions,
please call us at 847-395-1421 between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
PASS login information,
freshman locker assignments, and fee waiver & free lunch program applications
will be distributed in August.
Please make sure
to provide us with an up-todate email address where we may contact you,
as this will be our primary way of communicating with you during the school
year.
