Media Center Scheduling

Teachers: use this page to reserve library facilities or equipment. Read the details below for specific information about what is available. Use these links to check availability: library and computer labs • group rooms • computers on wheels. A confirmation email will be sent to you.

Library space and four computer labs are available for classes to use. Each lab has 30 computers, and the library itself has 24 computers.

Group rooms are available in the library for small groups (2-4 students) to use. Rooms A and B are equipped with a table and chairs. Room C has a table, chairs, and two computers. Students must bring a pass as well as their assignment.

Three carts of 10 laptop computers each are available for checkout. Two carts are available in the library, and one between science rooms 166-168. Be sure to indicate how many carts you wish to reserve. Teachers are responsible for picking up and returning carts to their respective locations.
