 Community
High School District 117 is located in Lake County, Illinois, approximately
halfway between Chicago and Milwaukee. Four
neighboring communities are served by the district: Antioch, Lake Villa, and Lindenhurst,
and Old
Mill Creek. Established in 1915, District 117 is comprised of four schools: Antioch
Community High School, Allendale School, Gateway, and Lakes Community
High School.
